Form Instructions

 

Instructions for filling up the form:

  • Name: Please type your name (in capital letters) in the First-Name Middle-Name Family-Name format. For ex: if your name is Mohit Kumar Agarwal, type your name as MOHIT KUMAR AGARWAL. If your name is Valavala Surya Prakash, type your name as SURYA PRAKASH VALAVALA.
  • Sex: Please select from Male, Female or Trans-Sexual.
  • Date of Birth: Please select the Year of Birth, Month of Birth and Day of Birth respectively.
  • Address: Please type your address (in capital letters) as completely as possible. Mentioning of PIN Code is compulsory.
  • Telephone: Please type a land-line telephone number where you can be reached. Please type the number in STD-Telephone format. For ex: if are a resident of Delhi and your telephone number is 23456789, type the number as 011-23456789.
  • Mobile: Please type a 10-digit mobile number where you can be reached.Though this is not mandatory, it is highly recommended that you provide us with a mobile phone number.
  • Email: Please type the email ID which you check most frequently. You will receive all confirmations and communications from us on this email ID.
  • Bachelor’s Degree: Please type the name of the University, College, Course and your per year aggregate marks. If your college follows the semester system, please provide us with the aggregate of the semesters conducted in every academic year.
  • Master’s Degree: Please type the name of the University, College, Course and your per year aggregate marks. If your college follows the semester system, please provide us with the aggregate of the semesters conducted in every academic year.
  • Other Achievements: Please describe briefly other academic, career and non-academic achievements.
  • Resume: Please upload your resume to us in Plain-Text format. The file-size of the Resume is limited to 4 Kilobytes.
  • Essay: Please upload an essay about your final-year project in your highest qualifying course in Plain-Text format. The file-size of the Essay is limited to 4 Kilobytes. For ex: if the highest academic qualification you have is a master’s degree, please write the essay about your master’s degree project.
  • Artwork: Please upload up-to 5 artworks in JPEG format. A minimum of 3 artworks are required. Artworks must be submitted in JPG format and file-size is limited to 1 Megabyte. Please use a software like Paint.Net to re-size and re-compress your images to a compatible format. Other excellent alternate image editors are available at http://alternativeto.net/
  • Acceptance: To submit the form to our system, you must read the applicable Terms & Conditions and agree to them.

Technical Issues:

  • The Server allows for maximum of 8 Megabytes of data to be uploaded. A fully loaded form is expected to be around 6 Megabyte in size. Participants using a 128 Kbps broadband connection will require approximately 9 minutes to upload the data. Hence it is highly recommended that candidates upload the form data using a 256 Kbps or faster Internet connection.
  • The form is likely to time-out or not work at all on slow-speed GPRS/CDMA Internet connections or in over-loaded Cyber-Cafes. Participants are requested to source a broadband Internet connection to upload form data.
  • Please attach files of the recommended file-type and file-size only. The system will reject non-compliant forms.
  • For technical support, please contact us using the contact form provided on the ‘Contact Us’ page. Staff available at our listed telephone numbers will not be able to provide technical support. For speedy resolution, please contact the Web-Team directly using the Contact Form.
  • To verify if your application has been received by our system, please wait for our email containing your ‘Application Number’.
