I am Dipannita Biswas, the third prize winner of this contest. I like to know is there any facility for the third winner to participate the course? Because the last year all the three winners could participate. And although there is written in the form that third winner will be select it first or second are unable to travel. Please inform me.

Allow us to congratulate on your win.
Unlike the previous years, the sponsors of the fellowship programme chose to offer the prizes in a slightly different format keeping in mind its suitability to the requirements of the Institutions concerned, the industry and economic considerations.
Your win signifies an acknowledgment of the finery your work has achieved. However w.r.t. the incentives offered to winners, an in-residence scholarship is currently offered only to the 1st and 2nd position winners and the 3rd winner is offered an automatic escalation should it happen that one of the other winners is unable to travel to France due to unavoidable circumstances.
